- Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice
- Join team activities regularly
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure agreements, and find homes
- Draft and negotiate offers for buyers
- Use PLACE Technology to track activities and clients
Qualifications
