Job Description : Unit Description : The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be accountable and responsible for performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, provision of supportive and restorative care, administering medication(s), and provide nursing treatment under the direction of a registered nurse, licensed physician or other health care provider. The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be responsible for : Monitoring that Plan of Care is being followed by clinical staff under their supervision; Supervise certified nurse aides or unlicensed assistive personnel Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of assigned unit health care team and services.Incentives : $7,500 LPN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time, per diem not eligible).Join one of our dedicated teams for caring for patients : Pediatrics, Primary Care - Leroux Health Center / Bessette Health Center / Dwyer Health Center / Tower Health, Women's Heath, Urology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology and General Surgical Services, and the Walk- In Clinic.Shift : Please answer the questionnaire with the department you are interested in and shift.EducationCurrently licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State.Experience1 year experience required.
