Primary Care Physician – Malone, New York
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic medical team and practice Family Medicine as it was designed to be: provide continuing, comprehensive health care for individuals and families as a member of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, ranging in complexity.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass medical, lifestyle, and preventative measures.
- Manage an average of 11-15 patients per day, adjusting based on the complexity of cases.
- Demonstrate proficiency in patient-centered communication and provide clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
- 4x 8-hour clinic days and 1 administrative day, with some flexibility in scheduling.
- Participate in continuous medical education to stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and practices.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- 1:15 weekday full week call coverage
Qualifications:
- Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in New York (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical acumen and diagnostic skills.
