ALIGN Executive Search has an opportunity for an Assisted Living Director to oversee an assisted living portion of a beautiful resort-like senior care campus. This is an role would manage the day-to-day operations of a facility with a consistent census and a stable clinical team in place.

What we are looking for :

  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role in an assisted living setting
  • Assisted Living Director license (Or eligible to obtain a license)
  • Live in or able to relocate to the Flagstaff / Sedona area
  • A Passion for senior care and a customer service mindset
