Human Resources Director
ALIGN Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing organization to find a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with executive leadership to turn business goals into actionable HR strategies
- Identify and address workforce challenges such as staffing, retention, and compliance
- Standardize HR operations and policies across multi-site environments
Talent Development & Organizational Growth:
- Build and lead training programs using modern delivery methods
- Support talent development, governance, and performance metrics
- Drive HR integrations for acquisitions and support smooth data migrations
- Analyze HR data and present actionable insights
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Advise managers on performance, coaching, and development
- Resolve complex employee relations issues in compliance with employment laws (HIPAA, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
- Promote a culture of compliance, respect, and ethics
- Oversee internal audits and maintain accurate records
Total Rewards & Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation structures and incentive plans
- Oversee benefits administration including health, dental, vision, retirement, and payroll
- Align career pathing and total rewards with industry benchmarks
Additional Duties:
- Support other HR-related responsibilities as needed — flexibility and adaptability are key
What You Need to Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- 10 years of experience as a senior HR business partner
- 3 years leading HR teams
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HR process transformation and automation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong public speaking, communication, and facilitation skills
- Business mindset with the ability to link HR strategy to operations
- Hands-on, solution-focused approach
Preferred:
- SPHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Rippling, and tools such as Microsoft 365, Canva, and Google Docs

Pay: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
