Regional Manager – Multi-Office Dental Group (Eastern North Carolina)

About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining clinical and operational excellence, ensuring a great patient experience, and supporting office leadership at each of your assigned locations. You’ll partner with executive leadership and local office teams to deliver on business goals, implement systems, and build a culture of care, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Oversight
- Lead day-to-day operational management across multiple practices
- Monitor schedules, patient flow, and daily production goals
- Streamline systems and processes to ensure efficient, consistent care
Team Leadership
- Support office managers with coaching, development, and feedback
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide growth opportunities
- Help recruit and onboard new staff and ensure team compliance with policies and safety protocols
Financial Oversight
- Analyze and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue at each location
- Review reports and KPIs to identify cost-saving or revenue-generating opportunities
- Oversee billing, collections, and financial accountability across practices
Patient Experience & Community Relations
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Promote strong team engagement in creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Partner with other healthcare providers or local community organizations to enhance visibility
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all locations comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and local health regulations
- Enforce proper safety procedures and infection control standards
- Oversee quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with leadership on growth goals and long-term planning
- Adapt business strategies based on market trends, competitive insights, and patient needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in dental or multi-site operations
- Strong understanding of scheduling, staffing, and dental office workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with performance data
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between offices
