- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Assist with revenue management by monitoring occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators, financials, and operational metrics for management review.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette. Respond to requests for information and Guest assistance.
-Review and respond to sales leads. This would include group sales and inquiries for events.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for guests.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
