Contract: Independent Contractor – Live Performances (1 year - renewable)

We are looking for dancers to join our ALITI PERFORMANCE GROUPS.

Dancers must submit a high-quality video of themselves performing to a song in costume and makeup (if applicable).

Selected dancers will:

1. Have their submitted video performance broadcast onto the ALITI ENTERTAINENT TV Channel. The ALITI ENTERTAINMENT TV Channel broadcasts out of the USA across 53 countries to 28.9Million viewers worldwide.

2. Will be compensated for their submitted video

3. Perform live at our mall performances

4. Will be compensated for their live performances

Compensation:

Video selection for broadcast:

Pay: $30USD per Video

Broadcast Duration: 1-year

Live Performances:

Pay: $100USD per Day (3hours per performer - $30 per hour)

Employment Options:

Americans: Performers will be employed as Independent Contractors on a 1099 basis.

Insurance Coverage provided during Live Performances.

The ALITI PERFORMANCE GROUPS has been created to highlight performers in the Performing Arts Industries on an individual basis through The ALITI ENTERTAINMENT TV Channel and its Live Performances at malls across the United States.

Strong Support: ALITI GROUP LLC serves you by providing you with free promotional photo shoots and rehearsal time to ensure that you are ready for all Live Performances.

Marketing and PR Support: ALITI GROUP LLC serves you by creating customized marketing material to promote you as a member of the ALITI PERFORMANCE GROUPS, your personal brand on social media, and upcoming live performances.

ALITI GROUP LLC is searching for dancers ages 18 and of all ethnicities to join its ALITI PERFORMANCE GROUPS to participate in the following Live Performances:

· Individual Dance Video Performance

· Live Mall Performances

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities:

· Experience with the concept of dance

· Strong verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Able to multi-task well

· Follows-through on all promotional photo shoots, rehearsals, live performances and projects independently

· Must be able to perform individually

· No Education Requirements

· Must be able to provide quality content

This is an independent contractor position so work will be provided on a contract basis. The more you work, the more you’ll perform and the more you’ll make.
