Duties And Responsibilities
- Completes tasks in the support of new product development projects
- Duties include material research, product/prototype development,
- Maintain a safety-first attitude in performing all the tasks
- Responsible for the day to day development work in making samples
- Responsible for the timely completion of a project and assigned tasks
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendation based on that
- Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned
- Support production trials and new product scale-up runs
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve our ISO
- Demonstrate ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels
- Deliver technical reports and data analysis in timely manner
- Demonstrate basic computer skills in excel, power point and project
- Work closely with the purchasing, production and marketing teams to

- Must be able to work extended hours when required

- Four years of engineering degree (BS) preferably accompanied with advanced
Materials Science, Textile Science, Paper Science or related field
- At least two years of work experience in polymeric materials, nonwovens or
- Experience with Lean six sigma and working knowledge of statistics is
- Hands-on lab laboratory experience with material characterization and testing
understanding of different nonwoven manufacturing technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams within the facility as well as through
- Ability to organize, manage, and control workflow

Salary : $63,000 - $92,484
