What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Enroller position at ALKEME?
Description
As a 1099 contract Call Center Enroller with SMBO you would be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for employees needing to enroll in their benefits. You will be enrolling all Core benefits as well as offering worksite voluntary products. You will be trained on the multiple benefit enrollment systems to handle these enrollments. You are responsible for learning the enrollment software for that particular client and proficiently being able to explain the benefits that are offered to their employees.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed agent with Health/Life.
- Must carry your own E&O Insurance of $1 million in coverage (if they don’t currently have this, we do have a company they can purchase a policy from upon hire).
- $25 per hour | $5 per sold application of worksite product.
- Must work a minimum of 3 FT days a week in the off season to be considered full time but are allowed to work 5 days a week.
- During October 15th-December 8th MUST work 5 days a week full 40 hours a week as this is our busy season.

- Must have high speed internet to stream phone calls.

- Synch HR
- Cerdian
- Must have some benefit insurance background. Benefits we enroll are:

- Bilingual and English-speaking positions available.
- This position must be remote form your personal residence located inside the U.S.
- The phone system is your time clock for how you will be paid.
- Once released to LIVE calls, you are paid only for the time you are logged in taking calls or waiting for calls once LIVE on calls and released from training.
- Training is about 1-2 week depending on skill set and ability to move on to LIVE calls.
- You are paid for training days when training classes are being held.
- You are paid for study time, during the days training is being held.
- You are paid while completing simulation calls.
- All additional self-study outside of what is outlined above is unpaid. If extended time is needed to move to LIVE calls, that is unpaid.
- All training class are subject to change based on the demographics of the candidates being trained.
