Garage Door Technician

All 4 Seasons Garage Doors, one of Nashville's most trusted names in the industry, is looking for reliable, motivated, hard-working service technicians. NO EXPERIENCE required - we will TRAIN!

If you like working with your hands and consider yourself to be mechanically minded, we encourage you to apply. Our top talent makes $1,500-$2,000 per week. So, if you like steady work and be compensated well for your hard work, then we are the company for you.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• Salary is piece-work. Range can be $40,000 to $100,000 annually
• PAID TRAINING ($12-$15 per hour) then you move into piece-work pay (the more efficient you are, the more you can earn.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available to work some Saturdays
• Must have (and maintain) a clean, safe driving record
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Strong verbal and written communications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to safely lift 65 pounds over your head
• Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
• Enjoy the mental challenge of being able to trouble shoot to solve customer needs
• Customer Service oriented
• Must pass drug test and background check

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Service, repair of garage doors and components (some installation may be needed)
• Have personable manner and ability to establish customer rapport and trust
• Mechanical aptitude, including skill in using a variety of hand power tools, accurately read a tape measure, and interpreting equipment manuals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Ability to use a tablet – we are paperless
