Wage: $15.00/hr
All About Animals Pet Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a part-time Companion Caretaker. We are a veterinary clinic featuring luxury boarding and grooming located in Mahomet, IL that specializes in providing high quality, compassionate and convenient care for our patients and clients. We recognize the importance of the relationships between humans and animals, and we see our clients and their pets as extended family. We feature luxury boarding suites, and an amazing team to care for pets.

The successful candidate:
- Has experience with dogs and cats
- Is focused on quality care and possesses a willingness to perform tasks in all necessary capacities – from providing care to cleaning
- Is willing to work weekends and holidays
- Stays enthusiastically on task without supervision
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance, walk and/or stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Demonstrates regular attendance and timeliness
The Companion Caretaker’s primary role will be to meet every need of our boarding guests. Duties will include:
- Leash-walk dogs
- Feed, water, and exercise all boarding pets
- Administer oral and topical medications to dogs and cats; may be trained to administer injectable medications
- Scoop waste and immediately clean up urine accidents
- Clean and sanitize boarding suites and other kennels
- Collect, process, and distribute laundry
