This position is located in Yorba Linda, CA Our optometry office in North Orange County needs an outstanding compassionate person with a strong customer service background and desire to make our patients so happy that they can't help but tell their friends how well they were treated. We have fun doing what we do each day. The hours are: M,W,Fri: 10am to 5:30 pm with a one hour lunch and Tue and Thur: 10 am to 7 pm with a one hour lunch and MOST SATURDAYS FROM10 TO 2 PM AND ONE SATURDAY FROM 10 AM TO 5:00 WITH A 45 MIN. LUNCH.You must absolutely love working with people and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic. We will train the necessary eye care skills if you already have the customer service experience or desire to make people think they are not at a doctor's office, but at Disneyland or a guest at a 5 star hotel.Duties include but are not limited to:Passionate about giving an engaging, enthusiastic and memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door from start to finish.Make patients feel as guests in your own homeVerify insurance coverage and eligibility, and inform patients of any co-payments or uninsured services.Collect fees for eye exams and contact lens services, collect co-pays and deductibles.Who you are:Able to project a professional, fashion-forward imageGreat at communicating clearly and effectively- in person, on the phone, and online.
