Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to enhance student understanding of subjects.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes child welfare and encourages active participation.
- Engage in lesson planning that incorporates various teaching methods, including literacy education and physical education activities.
- Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other essential documentation.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Bus Driving/Routes
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, along with relevant teaching certifications.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with child welfare practices and the ability to provide toddler care when necessary.
- Proven experience in lesson planning and implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to various age groups.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
