Certified School Psychologist

All About Kids, one of New York’s leading institutions of higher learning, is seeking a dedicated Certified School Psychologist to join our team in providing comprehensive in-home Special Instruction and / or Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Early Intervention services.

Working with AAK is an opportunity to apply your unique experience and expertise to special education and early learning in the least restrictive environment. Our amazing clinical team works hard every day providing individualized services in a way that is meaningful and motivating to young children, incorporating play-based and naturalistic ABA teaching methods within the child’s daily routines of home or classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate daily session notes on our easy-to-use web-based documentation system
• Conduct play-based intervention in the least restrictive environment
• Provide quality, evidence-based clinical interventions to clients and their families
• Communicate regularly with all team members
• Complete required progress reports with accurate and thorough information / data
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork prior to starting each case
• Submit monthly billing on time and comprehensively
• Provide regular parent / caretaker training
• Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events
• For ABA – Collect and analyze data to determine best steps for child’s programming
