Apartment Maintenance Technician- Contract

All About Labor is hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Abingdon, MD

THIS IS A 1 MONTH CONTRACT BUT THE COMPANY HAS PROPERTIES ALL OVER THE PLACE SO WE WILL TRY TO GET YOU AT ANOTHER PROPERTY AFTER THIS ENDS

Job Description:

• Work off work orders and maintenance tickets.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other repairs.
• Perform HVAC troubleshooting.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.

This is a Senior Living Facility.

Must have Apartment Maintenance Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Salary : $18 - $22
