Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with various care needs, including seniors and individuals with autism, in their homes or community settings.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Support individuals with autism or behavioral challenges in managing their daily routines
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities as needed
Skills:
- Experience in patient care, home care, or senior care is preferred
- Proficient in caregiving techniques and understanding of home community care practices
- Ability to work with individuals with autism and implement behavior management strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients' needs
- Capability to provide childcare services when required
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
