All American Pet Resorts New Bern in New Bern, NC is looking for one FULL TIME staff member for front desk to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 4146 Dr. M.L.K. Jr Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in creating accounts, and accurately enter vaccination records.
- Answer questions about our services and give prospective clients tours of our facility.
- Accurately take reservations, process check-ins recording diet, medications, and belongings.
- Process check- outs confirming accuracy of invoices and checking that clients receive all belongings and medications to take home.
- Politely communicate with Kennel Techs by radio
- Run dogs to and from back of house when Kennel Techs are busy, following resort pet handling protocol.
- Perform dog baths when asked.
- Transport animals to veterinarian or emergency hospital when asked
- Monitor outdoor play yards and kennel areas via camera feed.
- Create pet report cards
- Light cleaning duties.
- Assist management with event planning and execution.
- Decorate lobby for holidays
Qualifications
- Mature, responsible creative and professional.
- Must display a positive attitude, have excellent phone, verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Perform data entry accurately.
- Must be willing to handle dogs and cats.
