As an All Around service consultant, you help educate our clients on the importance of proper maintenance while creating a service and repair plan that meets their vehicle and financial goals. Key Duties:
- Develop and foster client relationships
- Create and maintain a service plan that aligns with the client's vehicle ownership and budgetary goals
- Provide clients with a complete written estimate for repairs and services
- Schedule service appointments that align with clients' and technicians’ schedules
- Set, maintain, and exceed all client expectations
- Communicate with clients to keep them updated throughout the repair process
- Worry about the client's car so they don’t have to!
Required attributes:
- Valid driver license
- Reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of sales/service consulting experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to details
Preferred experience:
- Experience using Shop-Ware
- Experience using Autovitals
- Experience using Slack
