Job Summary
We are seeking a remote and highly motivated Artist Brand Deals & Sponsorships Coordinator to support the brand strategy and partnership growth of a high-profile artist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about music, pop culture, and branding — and who thrives in a fast-paced, fully digital work environment.
You will work remotely to manage outbound pitching, brand relationship building, contract negotiation, campaign coordination, and reporting — in close communication with the artist’s team.
Duties
- Identify, research, and pitch relevant brand and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the artist’s identity and audience.
- Develop strategies for building brand equity and meeting revenue targets through partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, handling all communications and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact between brands and the artist’s team.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR and creative teams to align messaging and timelines.
- Manage branding assets and sponsorship campaigns using project tracking tools from a remote workspace.
- Support planning for branded events, digital activations, and product placements.
- Maintain strong relationships with brand reps and agency partners via email, Zoom, and Slack.
- Send weekly reports to the artist’s team covering outreach status, live campaigns, upcoming deliverables, and ROI tracking.
- Oversee social media management related to artistic projects, ensuring consistent branding across platforms.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, artist/talent management, or entertainment business.
- Deep understanding of digital culture, branding, and the entertainment industry.
- Comfortable representing high-profile talent in remote business communications and virtual negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time zones, and hit deadlines without in-person supervision.
- Familiar with remote tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Airtable, and project management systems.
- Exceptionally organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Experience
- Past experience working with artist teams, talent agencies, or music managers.
- Portfolio of successfully executed digital sponsorships or influencer campaigns.
- Ability to develop brand pitch decks, recap reports, and post-campaign analyses independently.
