Duties:
- Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks
- Monitor traffic flow and stop vehicles as needed to ensure safe crossings
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and drivers to promote safety
- Maintain compliance with all safety practices
- This position often requires short response times to the job site so candidates in Carlsbad are preferred.
Compensation:
Carlsbad School Crossing Guards earn $18.75 per hour.
Before and after school shifts available.
If both shifts are worked, you will work 1.5 hours a day and get paid a bonus!
