We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest level of project execution. This individual will be responsible for managing teams, budgets, project pipelines, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in construction, preferably in restoration/remodeling
✔ IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
✔ Strong knowledge of Dash job management software
✔ Solid skills in XactAnalysis, CoreLogic, Mica & Mitigate software
✔ Strong knowledge of construction processes, insurance restoration, and emergency services
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously
✔ Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profit/loss statements
✔ Timely, dependable and highly organized
✔ Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
✔ Valid drivers license & clean background check
