We are looking for a competent Office Assistant Property Management - Maintenance and Office support to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This position can be a part time 25-30 hours per week initially and transitioned into a full-time.
Responsibilities
- Ability to speak effectively with vendors, tenants as well as owners.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner with owners, vendors and vendors
- Schedule and plan with vendors to ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Work with Field Specialist on a daily basis to ensure routes are correct
- Maintain trusting relationships with vendors, tenants and property owners
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Handling of maintenance issues from tenants
- Assists office manager and front office and Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills
· Minimum of 2 years of related experience in property management (preferred)
· Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
