All Creatures Veterinary Clinic is a multi-doctor, companion animal general practice, seeking a Medical Director to join our team. Our compensation package includes a starting base salary up to $200,000, monthly production with no-negative accrual, and yearly leadership stipend.We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
