Position Summary
Team Members are the heart of our food truck. You’ll prepare food, serve customers, handle orders, and help keep the truck running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for reliable, positive people who work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a tight team.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, burritos, sandwiches, etc.)
- Assemble and package food quickly and neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the food truck
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work as a team to maintain speed and quality during rush periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Food service or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain)
