Position Summary
ALL Aerials, LLC. is seeking an Road Technician & Mechanic - Aerial Lifts. Hands-on experience with aerial boom and scissor lifts is a big plus but training may be provided for the right individual. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 candidate sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Position Summary

Essential Functions
- Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor lifts and Tele handlers.
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
- Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
- Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers
- Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
- Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
- Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background
- Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable MVR
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
- Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
- Able to lift 50 lbs
