What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microsection Technician position at All Flex Solutions, Inc?
Purpose:
Evaluate internal characteristics of Rigid-Flex printed boards.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Basic Understanding of Printed Circuit Board Construction
Responsibilities:
1. Review and understand drawings, specifications and customer requirements prior to inspecting product.
2. Sort and mark samples.
3. Thermal stress samples.
4. Pot samples, manual and automatically grand.
5. Polish and etch samples.
6. Perform in-process and final inspections using a metalogical microscope.
7. Determine acceptability and nonconformance of samples.
8. Document findings for all inspections performed and complete Microsection Inspection reports.
9. Report product deficiencies that do not meet customer specifications to quality management for appropriate evaluation and disposition of product.
10. Report any suspected measurement tool damage to appropriate personnel.
11. Responsive to inspection duties and possibility of last-minute work cycle extensions.
12. Adhere to all PCI policies and procedures.
13. Other duties as assigned.
