The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) position:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide home health visits. Home health care is a service which provides a wide variety of part-time or intermittent skilled care services that can be provided in the patient's home. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations.
We are currently interviewing for a PRN position to cover the Davidson area. This position is based out of our Columbia Home Health office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee PT license
* Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
* One or more years clinical experience
* Self-motivated and customer service oriented
