Registered Nurse Office and Coverage Worker in the Twin Cities and Surrounding Suburbs
We are looking for a Full-Time in office Registered Nurse (RN) for a coverage and office assistance role Monday-Thursday and optionally Friday. This position is primarily during office hours but does offer some flexibility to be done outside those hours as needed for visit coverage.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Care Coordination : Develop and update care plans, conduct client openings, and supervise caregiver services.
- Coverage Duties : Provide temporary coverage for essential visits, including annual evaluations and caregiver training.
- Building Relationships : Facilitate positive relationships between clients and caregivers by monitoring care delivery and documenting progress.
- Periodic Visits : Conduct in-home or phone evaluations to assess caregiver performance and client conditions.
- Fraud Prevention and Quality Control : Perform unannounced home visits to investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Administrative Support : Assist with submitting documentation to counties or DHS and coordinate with case managers for additional client needs.
In this role, you'll need to be adaptable, handle various challenges, be a team player and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds across the Twin Cities area. A reliable vehicle is required, and mileage reimbursement will be provided for in-person visits.
