Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing financial statements and related reports.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data and analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax preparers, and other financial consultants.
• Manage and mentor accounting team members, if applicable.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
