Schedule & Compensation
- Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm
- Rotating Saturdays (about once a month) 6 am - 2 pm extra pay
- Base salary $50k with additional commission
- Medical, dental, vision... eligible on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
- Paid time off including 40 hours after 90 days of employment

- Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards
- Schedule appointments and accurately document information, CDK helpful
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications
- Communicate vehicle status regularly with customers to include repair time, cost and any changes
- Additional duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Prior service writing experience (truck experience preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
