Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed roof inspections to identify signs of damage and wear, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Engage with clients to discuss their roofing needs, presenting solutions that align with their budget and expectations.
Prepare and provide detailed quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the project management teams to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
Monitor ongoing projects, attending site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and roofing materials.
Manage customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction post project completion.
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster company loyalty and repeat business.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve personal skills and enhance the service quality of the team.

Requirements

Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions under pressure.

Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Proven track record of handling customer service responsibilities with integrity and sensitivity.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical fitness necessary to perform the essential functions of the job safely.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies relevant to the roofing industry.

Prior experience in roofing or construction is an advantage but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
