We're Hiring: Full-Time Pediatric Therapist (LCSW or LCPC)
Location: All Star Pediatrics 6410 Joliet Road, Countryside, IL (Western Suburbs of Chicago)
Setting:- Embedded in a collaborative pediatric private practice

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families—while enjoying the flexibility, support, and sustainability that clinicians value most.

Clinical Expectations (Based on Therapist Best Practices)
-Direct clinical hours;~22–25 per week (5–6 sessions/day average)
-Client mix: Primarily children, adolescents, and families with ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and school concerns
- flexibility- 10:30-6:30 with the ability for telehealth
-Caseload size: Target of ~20–25 active weekly clients; adjusted based on acuity
Compensation
-Starting Salary:$60,000-$80,000/ year based on experience

Ideal Candidate
-Licensed LCSW or LCPC in Illinois
-Skilled in treating children and adolescents, including using cognitive behavioral therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

-Bilingual a plus
-Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to sustainable practice
