What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater Front Office Assistant position at All Star Physical Therapy Inc?
The Front Office Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Clinic Office Manager, Director or Assistant Director (where applicable). Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, collection of co-pays. She/he must be cheerful and welcoming at all times. Duties assigned by Office Manager.
Floater front office assistant will be accessible to multiple locations for coverage and short-term assignments. Floater front office assistant will have access to mileage reimbursement (when applicable and approved). Floater front office assistant must provide at minimum two weeks of open availability per month. Floater aide will determine what shifts he/she wants at their discretion. If floater aide does not work for more than 6 months, position is subject to termination.
