All Systems Electrical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer Manager to lead our dynamic design team in Rocklin, CA. This role is perfect for a seasoned engineer with a strong background in industrial control systems and a passion for leadership. If you have hands-on experience with switchboard design, UL508A panel standards, and mentoring technical teams, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of control designers and engineers across multiple projects.
- Oversee the design and development of control systems for diverse industrial applications.
- Ensure compliance with UL508A and other applicable standards in all panel and switchboard designs.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct design reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and project management.
- Manage timelines, workloads, and project priorities to meet customer and company goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required).
- 7 years of experience in control system design, with 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep knowledge of UL508A, NEC, and industrial panel design best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $100K – $150K DOE
