Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for processing and evaluating mortgage loan applications, advising clients on different mortgage products, and ensuring the smooth underwriting of loans. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the loan process, and collaborating with other professionals in the mortgage industry.
Qualifications
- Experience with Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending processes
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Underwriting practices
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to assist clients throughout the loan process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Wesley Chapel, FL
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as NMLS licensure are a plus
