Position Summary:
The Admissions Concierge is the warm, welcoming face of two of our skilled nursing centers. This role ensures a smooth, compassionate admission experience for residents and their families—blending hospitality, organization, and heart. You'll be joining a vibrant, growing organization where your career can flourish right from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally greet and assist residents and families at both facilities
- Ensure rooms are prepared and welcoming before each admission
- Provide daily check-ins and support to ensure we exceed residents expectations
- Facilitate tours and assist with admission paperwork and onboarding
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams across both locations
- Promptly respond to family and resident needs and concerns
- Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support discharges and transitions as needed
- Assist with facility community events
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, hospitality, communications, or related fields)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
- Familiarity with long-term care systems or Medicare/Medicaid is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic health records)
- Reliable transportation to travel between both locations
