Allaire Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Jackson, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting great talent with rewarding healthcare careers and will play a key role in driving staffing success across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple facilities.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs.
Partner with hiring managers and administrators to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Create and post engaging job ads to attract top talent.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure timely hiring and effective outreach.
Represent the company at job fairs and community events to promote our brand.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare recruitment experience (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Apploi experience a plus).
Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
