Job Summary
Responsible for the daily oversight of loading blocks of EPS onto cutting / hotwire machines.
Pay: $17.50 USD/hr
Responsibilities
- Clamp forklift operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
- Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
- Track block numbers.
- Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
- Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
- Basic math skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
Qualifications
- The working environment for this position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes, but may not be limited to, the use of eye protection and hearing protection.
- Minimum of 1-2 years forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands
- This position requires medium strength and dexterity.
- May require lifting material or objects up to 40lbs to shoulder height.
- Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
- Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
