The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic talent acquisition expertise and hands-on HR support to strengthen the overall employee experience from hire to integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a primary focus on clinical and non-clinical staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations; provide occasional support for corporate hiring needs as required.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and participate in interview scheduling, panel discussions, and candidate feedback sessions.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring leaders to design equitable and consistent interview processes.
- Support hiring budget management and ensure alignment with workforce planning and headcount goals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by promoting AllerVie Health’s mission, culture, and career opportunities across job boards, social media, and other recruitment marketing channels.
- Monitor and interpret talent market trends—including compensation benchmarks, sourcing channels, and competitive hiring practices—to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing campaigns and outreach content that position AllerVie Health as an employer of choice in both clinical and administrative talent segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional networks, schools, and community organizations to enhance the company’s visibility and talent pipeline.
- Oversee pre-boarding tasks including background checks, employment verifications, and IT/system access requests.
- Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience that promotes early engagement and retention.
- Assist in facilitating orientation sessions and providing support to new hires during their first 90 days to ensure successful integration, in coordination with the HRBP.
- Serve as a secondary resource for data entry and onboarding workflows in HRIS (e.g., Paycor) and ATS platforms, providing coverage during periods when the HRBP is unavailable or requires support.
- Provide backup support to the HR Business Partner in maintaining employee files, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
- Serve as an alternate point of contact for general HR inquiries related to policies, processes, and benefits navigation when the HRBP is unavailable or as delegated.
- Assist in executing HR-related communications and initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and internal announcements, as needed in support of the HRBP.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs—such as performance reviews, engagement strategies, and retention initiatives—acting in a support capacity to the HRBP or providing coverage when necessary.
- Coordinate internship and MA externship programs, including onboarding, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the liaison between program participants, educational institutions, and hiring departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding; healthcare experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and ATS platforms (Paycor, JazzHR, etc.).
- Understanding of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
- Familiarity with healthcare job architecture and compensation practices.
- Experience supporting onboarding and HR operations across multi-site environments.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
- Occasional travel to clinics or recruitment events may be required.
