- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash drawer effectively, ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Promote bank products and services to customers to enhance their banking experience.
- Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity and report it according to bank policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in cash handling or financial sales preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
