Job Skills / Requirements
Alliance Building Services is seeking a polished and professional Residential Building Porter for a Class A residential building with close to 500 units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, at least one year of experience working in a luxury residential building, and experience with residential move-ins and move-outs.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators.
2. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
3. Wash windows, walls, and doors.
4. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
5. Report and repair minor maintenance issues.
6. Assist with snow removal and landscaping.
7. Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.
8. Deliver packages and mail to residents.
9. Assist with residential move-ins and move-outs.
10. Follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in a luxury residential building.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Polished and professional demeanor.
5. Experience with residential move-ins and move-outs.
6. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
7. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
8. Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
