What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Equipment Operator position at Alliance Construction?
Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for an experienced equipment operator with experience and vision to grow with us. At Alliance, we perform a wide range of earthwork, from mass excavation and footings to demolitions and underground utility installation. As a Lead Operator, you will:
- Manage the job site
- Read blueprints
- Strip work sites, dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil.
- Focus on production and safety.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of experience in operating equipment
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- CDL is helpful but not required.
- Practical written and verbal communication skills
