We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Order entry and processing
- Personal assistant tasks for management
- Event planning and coordination
- Proofreading documents for accuracy
- Utilizing Google Suite for scheduling and communication
- Assisting in a office as a receptionist or customer support representative
- Assisting in a professional office as a receptionist or clerk and inventory controll
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Experience working in a processional office is preferred but not required
