ROLE: Our warehouse team drives flow of product through our warehouse in warehousing new inventory, and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for our customers. If you have experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving, your experience is relevant to this position.
HOURS: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 3:30 PM. Some overtime availability is needed.
WAGE:: WAGE: $20.00-$21.00 DOE an hour to start - With multiple wage increase opportunities within the first year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock all warehouse bins.
- Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries
- Assist in the cycle count process.
- Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP.
- Prepares and packages intercompany product transfers.
- Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
- Load customers will call orders.
- Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor immediately.
CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift is preferred.
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Special preference given to candidates with experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
- Able to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds.
- Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $20.00-$21.00 an hour to start
