We are seeking a full-time salaried Clinical Therapist to deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) – a life-changing and scientifically proven therapeutic support to youth and families in crisis. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and their parents in their homes or other community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions that create lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide intensive in-home therapeutic services using evidence-based models including Multisystemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Problem Sexual Behaviors, and Structural/Strategic Family Therapy
· Empower parents with enhanced directiveness, affective warmth, and monitoring skills
· Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
· Build collaborative relationships with schools, juvenile justice, social services, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
· Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling (required)
· Mental health professional licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred but not required
· Spanish language fluency valued with pay differential (not required)
· Strong independent work ethic balanced with collaborative team skills
· Passion for making meaningful differences in children's lives
