Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to join our clinical team.
Job duties include: Responsible for the 24 hour coordination and management of resident care activities, unit operations, and nursing personnel on a disignated nursing unit or shift.
Communicates effectively with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and other employees.
Coordinates the administrative and clinical activities for the nursing department on a designated shift or unit in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facilities.
