Registration Specialist - Bilingual Preferred
Alliance Health Centers is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registration Specialist (preferably bilingual - Spanish) to join its team in fulfilling our mission: impacting our community by providing access to high-quality, affordable care. Registration Specialists conduct professional, patient interactions by obtaining demographic and financial information. Registration Specialists are also responsible for:
- Greeting patients
- Registering patients in an efficient, friendly, accurate and timely manner
- Delivery of quality performance and service excellence
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Preferably bilingual (fluent in Spanish).
- Must have clerical experience, physician office experience preferred.
- Must have experience working with computers.
- Excellent customer service a must.
