Job Summary - Full Stack C# Developer
Are you ready to take on the challenge of developing innovative features for our SaaS applications? We're looking for a talented C# and Web Developer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our HR software solutions. In this role, you'll be hands-on in every part of the development process, from designing and writing code to troubleshooting and debugging.
What You'll Do:
- Design, write, and maintain code across our full stack: front-end web development, user interactions, ASP.NET, business objects, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team of developers, working on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems and APIs.
- Support, troubleshoot, and improve systems used by thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users every day.
- Work closely with internal teams and occasionally with external developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player who enjoys collaborating in a small group setting
- Bonus points for: UI/UX design skills, VB.NET, Mobile Development, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS experience, or Git/version control
