About the Opportunity:
Alliance Workforce Onsite is seeking a motivated entry level Account Manager/Staffing Sales Representative to join our team in the Streamwood, IL area. If you are an enthusiastic sales professional who wants to grow in the staffing industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outside sales to generate new business.
- Maintain daily activity logs in Avionte Bold.
- Make regular calls to prospective clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and drives profitability.
- Assist with marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
- Build and manage a portfolio of top employers in the local market.
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive, team-focused environment.
- Engage with client organizations to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Deliver measurable results and maintain accountability for sales targets.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with executives and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- 1-2 years of experience in the recruiting industry; specific experience in staffing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales within a staffing agency is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, and a track record of closing deals.
- Goal-oriented, assertive, and driven to excel in a competitive environment.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, flexible environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with recruiting software, preferably Avionte Bold.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- 1 year of experience in recruiting for a staffing agency.
- 1 year of experience in a temporary staffing agency.
- 2 years of experience in outside staffing sales.
